Process Flow for the Live Transfer mortgage leads:

  • Our outbound call center calls the potential borrowers to ascertain whether the customer is interested in going for mortgage refinance.
  • Once the borrower confirms for the refinance, the telemarketer captures all the necessary information required so as to ascertain the eligibility of the customer.
  • The information captured is matched to the criteria filters of the client and then customer is asked for getting the call transferred so as to speak directly to the loan officer.
  • On confirmation from the prospect customer, the call is transferred to the Loan Officer.
  • Once the call is transferred, the prospect customer, the loan officer and the telemarketer enter in to a three-way conferencing.
